Order, Return, and Privacy Messages

Include the order number when asking about a purchase. Contact us before sending a return so we can approve the request and issue a free prepaid label. For a privacy opt-out, use “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” as the email subject or state that request by phone or mail.
